Knoebels recently posted some information on their blog about the High Speed Thrill Coaster replacement, a Miler Kiddie Coaster named “Kozmo’s Kurves.” They say that the reason that High Speed Thrill Coaster was removed was because it was simply “worn out” which is clearly understandable since the ride opened over 50 years ago in 1955. The replacement, Kozmo’s Kurves is going through final checks and is almost ready to be shipped to Knoebels.
Knoebles has 2 more roller coasters expected to open next year, first, the much anticipated Flying Turns which has been delayed several years due to construction problems, and Black Diamond, a John Allen steel roller coaster that previously operated at Dinosaur Beach as Golden Nugget.
