Six Flags Discovery Kingdom not only features thrill rides, but is also home to a unique collection of animal exhibits. One of my favorite animal encounters is the Shark Experience located right next to Thomas Town.
The Shark Experience is an interactive, walk-through aquarium that features multiple forms of life. The main tank features a moving walkway where guests get to watch dozens of sharks, manta rays, and other sea life swim all around them. Sharks get up close and personal with the audience making it a very popular part of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.
