Cedar Point didn’t “manage” to sell the ride. Knott’s is one of the sister parks to Cedar Point as part of the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company Family. Cedar Fair is simply deciding to move the ride to another of their own Park’s. This is not a buyer seller arrangement, just an intra-company ride relocation.

It is replacing Screamin Swing which’ll probably go to CGA.
As for this expansion: It sure ain’t a giga coaster, but a very welcome addition to me.

I’m really Happy that my home park is getting a new ride But I can’t help But ask where They could fit it, The park has no room for It so I think it’s Safe to say Something is going Away in 2010.
