I have always chosen Dorney first. I, as it seems you are, am more in it for the coasters, not for the themes or shoppes. I just spent the day at Busch Gardens @ Williamsburg VA, I was upset to see in such a big area that there were only 4 coasters. Meanwhile Dorney which is greatly a smaller park has 5 and also with Dominator, Meteor, and the addition of Demon Drop. It really is a must visit park for Thrill Ride Seekers. So get out to Dorney Park People! You won't regret it.

I agree with your view on Talon, being somewhat of a homer living within 2 hours of both Dorney and Hershey.
