Poll Results: Six Flags Parks

Park Thoughts’ latest poll was all about Six Flags.  Which Six Flags park is the best?  Is it the original Six Flags park, Six Flags Over Texas that features mammoth coasters like Titan?  Or is it Six Flags Great Adventure that has record breaking thrill rides like El Toro and Kingda Ka?  Perhaps its just your local Six Flags park.  After a total of 95 votes, the poll is done and the winner is, Six Flags Magic Mountain!  With just over 27% of the vote, the magic mountain park came just 2 votes ahead of Six Flags Great Adventure with 25% of the votes.  At the bottom was La Ronde, Six Flags St. Louis, and Six Flags America all with 2% of the votes each.

Six Flags Magic Mountain is the Six Flags park with the most coaster, and arguably some of the best.  Tatsu, which was featured in the poll results logo this post, is in my opinion the best coaster on the entire west coast.  X2 is the nation’s only fourth dimensional coaster and is again, one of the best coasters on all of the west coast. Six Flags Magic Mountain is also unique in the fact that it does have a giant hill in the middle of the park.  While it can be a pain for park goers at time, it allows for terrain following coasters such as Revolution, Tatsu, Ninja and Gold Rusher.  Six Flags is the best thrill park in the western United States and according to the resaders, the best Six Flags in the world.

For the next two weeks, we’re asking you, the readers, what was the best attraction of 2010. I’ve narrowed down the options to a the biggest most ground breaking new attractions.  The options are, World of Color, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Intimidator 305, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Universal Studios Singapore, or if you think something else was the best new addition of 2011, I’ve included and other option.
