Big International Group of Entertainment, Inc. is looking to build a theme park complex in Spring Hill Tennessee. With hopes to ‘soft open’ the complex by Thanksgiving of next year, CEO Dennis Peterson described a water park, movie studio, 4,000 room resort hotels, and much more all boosting the economy by creating 15,000 to 20,000 jobs. ‘Festival Tennessee’ is also planned to include 80 restaraunts and clubs, a “safe spot” skate park, and a charter school.

This is honestly the most random amusement/resort complex I have ever seen in my life. The CEO goes on to describe creating drug rehab centers in the complex and talk about creating programs for kids.  In this economy I am highly doubtful that we will see a project of this scale get any further than the drawing board.

sounds very confusing… it sounds like the CEO said “Hey lets throw together a bunch of random buildings and call it a theme park”

You are correct in doubting it will happen. There is a chance it will happen, if by some miracle this guy actually has $750 million raised already, as he says he does.

I like this plan it will give more jobs since we are other the economic crisis still, but contacting the NBA to get a team over here is impossible, NBA teams are looking for a nice stadium in a big-medium city. Something like spring hill can’t be one.
