Now, this worthless developer is making thinly veiled death threats directed at a critic:

He had a hand in every pie with his LLCs raking in at least 1.2 million dollars off of this billion dollar nightmare of a theme park.

Dear Ms. Dobrott,

In doing my preliminary review I’ve discovered that Don
Holbrook’s membership and CEcD status lapsed a few years ago. He is no longer a
member of IEDC (and therefore no longer a Fellow Member) and no longer holds
the CEcD designation. We currently have no relationship with Don Holbrook and
so cannot put this case in front of our Committee on Professional Conduct.

Best regards,

Tracy

Chris Brown and the mysterious investors did not show as
promised. Earthquest will now be taken off of future EMCID agendas until
such time as Brown has money and contracts in hand. Earthquest is busted!

Chris Brown of Contour Entertainment claimed the foreign investors would come to Texas the first week of May to look at the new property ( the original land was long ago lost in bankruptcy) and then the property would be purchased that month. As usual it was all talk and nothing has happened.

Don Allen Holbrook the dubious consultant whose LLCs raked in more than 1.2 million on this boondoggle was sending e-mails to Pahrump, NV officials in May 2011 claiming Contour was buying the property and that ground breaking would happen by early 2012. Complete fiction.

When is the media going to quit treating the words of these liars as if they are factual? When are the taxpayers going to get real answers about the millions of dollars spent? How are the taxpayers going to satisfy $21,000,000.00 in bonds if this mega, international-destination theme park is never built? When is Frank “The Bank” McCrady going to be fired for this dino disaster?

Stern Brothers & Co. is not responding to inquiries about the progress with funding this behemoth. Did they withdraw from the project, are they not being paid by Contour or is there a big announcement coming that they are keeping secret? Why are Frank McCrady and his designated spokesperson for the project, Don Allen Holbrook, not updating the taxpayers? Holbrook’s LLCs raked in 1.2 million for this boondoggle that has already cost the taxpayers millions and has left them responsible for satisfying $21,000,000.00 in bonds.
