The logo is just fine, but what they’ve done to the parks this year is not. Sea World San Antonio is going through major reconstruction while still remaining open. The employees are lethargic and unhelpful this year – which is a BIG change from years prior. We can’t see the dolphins without shelling out $5 for those nasty little fish to feed them. The Bierhaus is open but empty – it used to be full of people. (The Bierhaus area was especially gorgeous and lovely for relaxing for a while.) The Clydesdales – I hope wherever they are now that they’re happy. I miss Bud and Diamond. And the cute Dalmation. Seeing the horse barn all closed up was the saddest thing when my daughter and I went back this year. We used to go about 20 times a year – this year we’ve only been 3 times and each time I get sad and just want to leave. SeaWorld used to be the “happiest place on earth” for us. No more. We will not be getting season passes anymore. I plan on simply donating to their animal rescue funds – that is if InBev/Blackstone didn’t take that over too…
