Today a photo of a logo for Carowinds new roller coaster leaked on Carowinds Connection, and the name/theme was quite surprising… “White Lightnin'” A named shared by a former Carowinds coaster.

Adventure Mountain construction has begun!

During my visit to Dollywood this week I noticed that construction has already begun on Adventure Mountain, the 2010 interactive rope course attraction.  While not much has happened yet and it’s mostly land clearing, its really good to see this project underway after its 2009 opening was delayed.
