A Kings Island trial will be held on Thursday, October 15th for an incident that happened on Son of Beast. The weird part is, it was from 2006! She claims to have the need for hip replacements every couple of years and wants Kings Island to pay all the fees and bills.
Their have been 5 other cases on the same incident, but all of them have been dismissed besides this one. I am not sure what to think of this, she waited too long for me to win this case.

Son of Beast has been standing but not operating since mid-summer 2009. Although has been re-tracked in the 2006 season, which involved removing the loop, replacing the old trains, and slowing down the ride. It will remain closed for the rest of the season, and the ride’s status for next year is still unknown.

this is probally as american as it can be.
people sue whatever they can come up with to get money.
for example, a woman burnt herself when drinking cofee and sued McDonalds for that and got right in court wich is totally RIDICIOLUS.

Oh yea! The lady was driving and put the coffee between her legs, and it spilled on her thies and burned her. Then she was suing Mickey D’s saying their coffee is too hot…
But yea, this SOB stuff is getting old. I just hope this roller coaster can survive a little longer so that I get a chance to ride it.

wow… seriously people…. That’s why they say DO NOT RIDE THE RIDE IF: then list all of these symptoms. She should have never rode it if she has problems, and even if she didn’t, who says the coaster caused them?
