So it just happens to be that the media had nothing to report on the day a coaster got stuck on a lift hill and decided to make it sound so twisted that it would make national news. Its truly ridiculous on how much the media blew this thing out of proportion. I never fully realized it and asked me about the Invertigo incident. He said “They were stuck upsidedown for 4 hours and someone died, right?” Nope, wrong. I explained what happened and he went on to ask “Why was it on the news then?” I don’t know.
So thank you media for making it look like Great America did a horrible job responding, and there rides there are very dangerous. Leave your comments and park thoughts.
